Management Company Matching
Our goal at Continent is to provide you with access to the tools you need to pursue hotel ownership. We may require that your property be matched with a professional hotel manager as consulting coordinator, depending on your prior hotel management experience. This hotel manager will manage your property for its first year of operation. Referral to a hotel manager will also be provided by our side.
Training
We currently offer training to all of our franchisees through our training team. This training is required of all new owners and general managers and is designed to give our franchisees the tools and information necessary to meet brand standards.
Franchise Membership Fees:
~Application Fee -$ 110 up to 95 rooms and $125 for each room in excess of 95 guestrooms - with minimum fee $8000
~Fix Fee Structure
~Up to 95 rooms; $ 45 per month/per room
~More than 95 rooms; $40per month/per room which excess 95 rooms
~ Reservation & Marketing Fees; 2% of Gross Room Revenue
